The Mayer Manor’s Deluxe Suite

The Mayer Manor en Suite is located on site of a 15th century convent. The eclectic classically designed FULLY SERVICED DELUXE SUITE accommodates two people in a king-sized split-level suite, housed within a four story private manor. The building was previously an old cigar factory in the beginning of last century named after its owner Nico Mayer who had designed and built the building for his tobacco factory. The recently restored Mayer Manor combines turn of the century inspired interiors with provoking curiosity at every turn.

Our one and only deluxe suite spans two top floors of the building. It is the bedroom to our Manor. Here you can snuggle under our Hungarian goose down duvet covered,  satin sheets and a selection of pillows in front of a country wood burning fireplace.  The interior is adorned with antique pieces of furniture and period ornaments. Amidst the hustle and bustle of modern day Amsterdam, you can feel elegance and old world charm flow throughout the apartment. Here you can find features such as hard wood floors and beams, the vintage copper bathtub, wood burning fireplace and an original record player.

Its location in Amsterdam’s Old Centre neighbourhood makes it approximate to the city’s cultural must dos such as theatres, the Royal Palace, Rembrandt House, markets, book stores, cafes, bars and restaurants, and trams. As well as being a hotel, the building also plays host to various cultural and creative events.
